COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
We don't just pay lip service to community support—we actively engage in helping our community thrive. Some of the local groups we've sponsored include the GRHS Winter Sports Teams, Rock Springs Grizzlies Hockey Team, 307 Dingers Baseball Team, the National Child Safety Council, Raising Readers in Wyoming, the Sweetwater Events Complex Wyoming's Big Show and the MHSC Foundation.
WYOMING'S BIG SHOW
As a title sponsor, we are honored to be part of bringing entertainment and excitement to our community. Wyoming’s Big Show draws folks from hundreds of miles to Sweetwater County. The Big Show delivers on fun with family-friendly carnival rides, a wide variety of delicious dining options, evening concerts and 4-H livestock exhibits.
WALK TO END ALZHEIMER'S
We sponsored this event and walked in the event to show our support for the work being done to end Alzheimer's. We also sponsored the annual Alzheimer's Golf Tournament. The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheinmer's and all other dementia -- by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.
RAISING READERS
Raising Readers in Wyoming encourages parents to read to their young children by providing beautiful new books as part of the well child health care visits. We are proud to be a Silver Sponsor of this incredible program.
BOOST LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
This academy provides an incredible opportunity for participants to cultivate and refine their individual leadership skills, gain direct access to prominent business and community leaders, and define their role as true stewards of our community. We were happy to sponsor a Chamber employee to enable them to participate in the program and broaden their knowledge on all the great things Wyoming has to offer.
SPEECH AND DEBATE
We have enjoyed sponsoring Rock Springs Speech & Debate the last couple of years. It has assisted them with travel to 3 national tournaments so far: Louisville, Kentucky 2022, Phoenix, Arizona 2023 and Des Moines, Iowa 2024.
LITTLE LEAGUE BASEBALL
Rock Springs Little League Baseball- We provided materials and built new batting cages for boys.
RED TIE GALA
Madsen Construction participated as a Red Diamond Sponsor in the 10th Annual Red Tie Galla. These proceeds will help support the Sweetwater County Memorial Hospital Laboratory Renovation and Expansion project.
