Helical Piers
Our helical piers are suitable for hundreds of commercial applications and provide stable foundations for new construction, foundation repair, retaining walls, excavations, and more. We use PierTech helical piers because they are the leading manufacturer of custom, high-capacity galvanized helical piers and piering systems. PierTech helical piers can be installed quickly in any weather with little vibration or noise. They require no curing time and minimal excavation.
Helical piers are used in new construction and foundation repair for both commercial, residential, and industrial. The piers can immediately stop and level settling commercial buildings when used for underpinning.
Using them for retaining walls and excavations, helical tiebacks provide maximum support. They are screwed into the ground to supply strong tension that braces walls, abatements, slurry walls, and more.
Drilling
With over 35 years of drilling experience in the oil and gas industry, we have the skill and knowledge to complete any drilling job. From conductors and dewater wells, to drilled piers, retaining walls, and temporary or permanent casings for an array of industries. With our Soilmec SR-30 drill that is equipped with dirt and rock augers, core barrels, and mud buckets, we can drill anywhere from 18" to 12' in diameter and up to 135' deep.
Conductors - cellar and mouseholes
Dewatering Wells - specialized wells used to lower ground level for more stable soil and prevent flooding.
Caissons - we have various sizes of either permanent or temporary casing for adverse hole conditions.
Retaining Walls and Shoring - temporary or permanent installation of steel for retaining or shoring purposes.
DOT Projects - bridge cased piers, sign and light pole foundations, etc.
Sound Walls - drilled holes for installation of prefabbed sound walls.
